Weekly Update for June 18-22, 2018

Monday June 18th    – Grade 6 Math PAT - AM & PM (regular dismissal at 3:35)

 Tuesday June 19th – Grade 6 Social Studies PAT-AM- (regular dismissal at 3:35)

-          Last day of regular classes

-          Return to homeroom at 3:15 for locker clean out and returning of locks.

 Wednesday June 20th – Grade 9 Science PAT

-          Grade 6 - Field Trip to Granary Road (regular Wednesday dismissal at 1:50 PM)

           Grade 7 – Math Exam

           Grade 8 - Alternative Study Schedule

            Mark Cut off – last day to hand in any assignments for final evaluation         

Thursday June 21st – Aboriginal Day – Org Day – No school for students - 

                                   (Staff Appreciation Lunch 11:30 AM)

 Friday June 22nd      – Grade 9 ELA Part B

​-          Lunch Time Dismissal for Grade 6 & 7 (busses provided)

-          Grade 7 Science Exam

-          Grade 6 Alternative schedule

-          Grade 8 Math – Arrive at 1:00 PM – Dismissed at 3:35 PM (bus pick up only)

 Special Notes:

Any grade 9 students wanting to purchase the Grade 9 Group photo must get their order form and money ($16.00) into the office first thing  Monday June 18th .

Please encourage your child to start taking items home from their lockers starting  Monday. Please send some strong bags for the kids to transport the locker items home. All lockers will be emptied on Tuesday and locks will need to be handed into their homeroom teacher.

Thank you to all the amazing Grade 9 parents that hosted a fantastic Grade 9 Farewell last Thursday. The students loved the afternoon and evening events.
