Winter Solstice Lunch: On Thursday, December 12th, 2019, please join us as we gather for a potluck lunch to take place in our classrooms beginning at 11:30 am and running through to 12:30 pm. We encourage you to bring an item of food that is a family favorite and/or is unique to your culture to share with the others in your child’s class. We recommend that you bring enough food to feed 6-8 people. Please ensure that none of the food contains nuts or nut oil. If your child has severe food allergies, please contact the school office to confirm a strategy for ensuring we avoid any adverse allergic reactions.
In order to reduce our waste, we are asking families to bring their own plates and cutlery. Please also consider bringing extras to share with those who might have forgotten theirs.
