End of the 2020-21 School Year

Thank you!

Thank you to all of our students and their families for all of your patience with so many changes and interuptions to our learning this year. Thank you to all of our staff who have done their very best each and every day to support our students and to make Valley View School a welcoming and caring place to be.

We are now closed for summer break. Our office will open again on August 12, 2021. School will start at 8:00 am on Tuesday, August 17. We will have the same bell times as this year - starting with soft entry at 7:45 and ending our day at 2:35 in the afternoon Mon.- Thurs. and 12:15 on Fridays. Recess breaks will be determined by the teachers and we will have staggered lunch times to ensure we are still able to keep some physical distance between different classes of students. As far as we know right now, we will still be following COVID-19 Safety Protocols such as wearing masks, cleaning our hands frequently and maintaining cohorts of students to work and play together.  Stay tuned to this website for more information as it becomes known.

Please ensure you subscribe to receive messages from our electronic messaging service School Messenger. (link on the main page of our website). This is the best way to get the most up to date infornation about things going on in our school.

Have a safe and happy summer break! See you August 17.
