Welcome Back! 
The first days of school have gone very well thanks to our amazing students and staff!  A positive energy could be felt in the building along with a strong sense of optimism and excitement. 
At West Springs School we are committed to fostering a safe, caring and welcoming school that supports all learners.  This year we will continue to have a strong focus on building foundational skills in well-being, literacy and mathematics. Our work together is guided by our motto, Care for Self, Others and our Place.
Our staff value our partnership with families.   As the year progresses we will continue connecting with you to celebrate your child's successes, and we will work together to address any areas where they are experiencing challenges.   
Our first School Council meeting is next week on Thursday at 6:30pm. We will be meeting both in person and online so the choice is yours whether you would like to or are able to join us in person or if you want to log in online. Please join us to learn about all the great things your Council is planning for the year as well as hear the administration updates on a variety of topics.
Please remember to activate your family's MyCBE account and complete a volunteer clearance is you are able to share your time.  Please reach out to our office staff if you need support with these important items at 403 777 6244.
**As a reminder, if your child is registered to ride the bus and they are not riding that day, please call the office at 403-777-6244 extention 0 so they can be marked off of the bus list!
