Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.

RT @UsihChristopher: A reminder to families: Please keep children at home if they are feeling unwell. To the greatest extent possible, we want to minimize disruption to in-person learning in our schools due to illness. Thank you for your co-operation. #WeAreCBE

RT @UsihChristopher: We know the spread of COVID-19 has and will continue to impact staffing levels in our schools. Despite increasing our substitute teacher roster and continuously hiring new substitutes, we anticipate staffing challenges will occur.

RT @yyCBEdu: We look forward to welcoming students back to classes on Monday Jan. 10. As families prepare to go back to school, there are some important updates about health measures and what you can do to help. https://t.co/jPAtj6pnv4 #yycbe #WeAreCBE https://t.co/gXc7bSpAIq

RT @UsihChristopher: Our goal is to prioritize in-person learning. However, we anticipate staffing shortages due to COVID-19. Depending on the availability of substitute staff (teachers &support staff), we could have some classes or school transition online. Thank you for your patience&understanding.

RT @UsihChristopher: Education Minister @AdrianaLaGrange: Winter break extended for K-12 students to support a successful return to school and provide additional planning time. Students will return to in-person learning on January 10. January Diploma Exams have been cancelled. More to come! #WeAreCBE
