School Ground Expectations
Students are expected to use school and recreational equipment appropriately and are expected to play safe games that will not harm or potentially endanger ourselves or others. Some examples of dangerous games are tackle football, throwing snowballs and play fighting.
Students are expected to respect the rights of participants in organized games and not to disrupt the activity.
In keeping with our positive plan, Woodbine School staff will continue to ensure that students receive assistance, encouragement and praise regarding their positive behaviours and academic gains.
Our parking lot entrance will be chained and inaccessible evenings and weekends in an effort to keep our school and surrounding grounds safe and secure. Please help us to keep our school protected and should you notice an act of vandalism or graffiti taking place – please report it immediately.
No Dogs Please
Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on the school grounds and they should not be tied to a fence unattended waiting for you. Please help keep all our children safe at all times.
Parking and Stopping
We request that you please obey the signs in front of the school (Busing Zone – no stopping allowed).
For safety reasons dropping off or picking up students in the staff parking lot is PROHIBITED.
