Mask Guidelines for Students and Staff Now Available
Hello To Our Acadia Families,
Hard to believe but it is officially our last day of classes for the 2019-2020 school year and I want to thank all of our families for their support this year as we all worked with the new reality of ongoing learning through the Covid pandemic. We understand the toll that this took on our families and students as everyone became their child's teacher as you all worked through online learning or paper copies of school work these past three months. Our staff have so missed your children and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities that allowed them to connect with them through their Google Meets and Google Classroom experiences. We will all be waiting to hear what the return to school looks like when the government announces this on August 1st but please know that our staff have already been working diligently to prepare for the return of our students. We are excited to get back to in person learning in whatever form that may look like in the fall.
Just a reminder to any parents who were not able to pick up their child's report cards and school work these last three days that the school will be open Monday and Tuesday next week (June 29th and 30th) from 8am - 12pm for any parents who wish to come in and pick items up. If you are unable to come in to pick up the report card, please remember that all report cards are available digitally on your MyCBE/Powerschool portal, so please access them there.
We hope all of our families have a restful summer. Take care of our students and yourselves, be safe and be well. We are excited to see everyone for the first day of classes on September 1st! Please watch your emails for updates as to our re-entry back to school in August.
Did you know that October is International Walk to School Month? (yes, even in the snow)
