Please visit our COVID-19 page for the most up-to-date information. Our plan is subject to change throughout the school year as more information becomes available.

One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Act for the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. The school principal is not part of this group. More information can be found in our CBE Administrative Regulation 5001 – School Councils and School/Parent Societies.

The A.E. Cross Parents’ Association fund-raising efforts have been primarily through participation in AGLC casinos.

Meeting Schedule

We hope meetings will be held “in-person” in the learning commons this year, but that will be dependent on public health guidelines and the CBE’s guidance for meetings. Stay tuned for the first meeting notice coming after the summer break.
