Ways to Get Connected

Communication

Parents are strongly encouraged to bring concerns, questions and suggestions directly to the school – to the appropriate teacher or to administration. While we may not always have solutions, we will do our best to be understanding, honest and accommodating. Open and honest communication usually reveals that both schools and parents want exactly the same thing – that which is best for the individual student and his/her learning. As teachers are not available during instructional time, please send an email to your child’s teacher, or call the school and leave a message on the teacher’s voicemail.

CBE uses School Messenger to communicate information digitally with parents. There is now the option for parents to receive this information through email or text message. It is a user-friendly mass communication tool that enables CBE, school administrators or classroom teachers to quickly send emails to parents regarding any kind of school related event. With this parent notification service, we can communicate easily about transportation issues, weather delays, parent nights, good news stories, last minute cancellations, emergencies etc. Please ensure the school always has your most current contact information to keep you up to date.
