It is important that you call the school if your child is going to be absent or arriving late.

School office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

*Kindergarten students alternate Fridays. There are some days where they both attend and days where there are no classes. Find all the kindergarten dates in our calendar.

Access to Teachers
We do not pull teachers from their classes to hold unscheduled meetings with parents during their teaching day. If you need to meet with a teacher, please send a note in your child’s agenda with that request. Teachers also respond to email requests.
School Telephone Use
One telephone is available at the office for student and parent use. It is not to be used to ask permission to visit friends or make after school arrangements. These arrangements should be made before prior to students coming to school. Most student calls should be made from the classroom phone with the teacher’s permission. Messages will be left when it is applicable. It is best when students make arrangement with parents or daycare providers before coming to school. If there is an emergency please call the office and a message will be relayed to your child.
