Please visit our COVID-19 page for the most up-to-date information. Our plan is subject to change throughout the school year as more information becomes available.

One of the most important ways parents/guardians and community members can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on the school council. Under the School Act, a school council is a collective association designed to advise the principal and the CBE Board of Trustees on matters related to the school. School councils have legislated advisory and decision-making authority. They are different from Parent Societies & Associations, whose main function is to raise funds for the school. You can find more details in the CBE School Council Handbook.

School Council

Hello Annie Gale Parents and Families,

The Whitehorn Community Association has graciously offered to include us in the community clean-up day!

A bottle collection/donation area will be set up on Sunday, June 6th with proceeds going to Annie Gale School Council!

There will also be a SOUPERSPUDZ FOOD TRUCK to treat yourself with!

Hope to see you there!!

The Annie Gale School School Council supports the school by serving as a link between the school, the home, and the community. This group serves as a sounding board for parent/guardian opinion regarding the school and its programs and becomes actively involved in numerous school initiatives. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend these meetings and become involved in the life of the school. Please help support the children in our school by including your voice in the conversation.

Meeting Dates/Schedule

The meetings are typically held the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM.

See our Calendar page for dates.
