Update From the Society Executive
Parent Council – Fundraising Society Executive
Our 2022 Annual General Meeting was held in April. Firstly we would like to express sincere thanks to our 2021-2022 executive members; Crystal, Gen, Andrea, Rensche and Dawn for all they have done. It was not a simple year but through it all the executive members have been amazing. Elections for the 2022-2023 year were held and we are happy to report all executive positions were filled as follows:
- Chair: Melody B-F.
- Vice Chair: Gen Y.
- Treasurer: Dawn B.
- Secretary: Mirita L.
- Coordinator: Vacant
Casino
The next casino is scheduled for November 9 & 10, 2022.
Meeting Dates/Schedule
The Fundraising Society meets nine times a year. Meeting times are 6:45 PM – 7:30 PM. The meetings take place in the Auburn Bay School Learning Commons or virtually. All parents and guardians of students are invited to attend.
