The CBE offers a free school bus orientation program in the spring for first-time riders and their parents/guardians, called My 1st Ride. Orientation sessions take approximately one hour, and run every half hour. Students will receive a 20-minute presentation, followed by a short ride on a school bus. After the ride, student are invited back to the gym to pick up treats from Calgary Co-op. Each new rider will also be given a certificate of completion.
My First Ride Program dates for Spring 2020 have been cancelled due to Covid-19. Further details about alternate dates will be shared when this information is available.
