There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. Fundraisers & Donations

March 4, 2021

Hello Balmoral Families,

As members of the School Council Executive, we all hope that your families are managing to meet the many challenges that this school year has presented. The students seem to be thriving and putting a huge effort into maintaining a healthy and happy school community!

Based on the uncertainties of COVID19, we have held off on any fundraising this year, as many options present certain challenges. However, as a community we all want a positive and successful educational experience for our children, and to that end we are reaching out to families now.

Keeping in mind the restrictions and limitations we are currently under, School Council has chosen to run a cheque writing campaign to raise funds for Balmoral School. 100% of the funds raised will directly benefit our children and the school community. We are asking all families who are able to consider donating $10. If your family is unable to contribute, please do not worry about it.

All funds raised will go into the School Council general account, which allows for support of in-school activities and directives that are not able to be supported through the funds generated through our Casino.

You can contribute by writing a cheque made out to Balmoral School Council and send it in an envelope to the school with your child, submit via e-transfer using email address, or you can simply put the cash in an envelope and send it to the school with your child. Please ensure envelopes are addressed to School Council.

We look forward to the many opportunities that will be offered to the school community through this fundraising endeavor.
