Receiving Emails from Banff Trail School
Banff Trail School (and all CBE
schools) utilize School Messenger for sending emails to families. In
order to receive these messages, you must subscribe each email address you wish
to receive messages at. Information on this topic is available on the CBE
website here: https://www.cbe.ab.ca/subscribe.
There are different types of
messages - "general" and "commercial". Commercial
messages include any message which involves money - fieldtrips, School Council
fundraising, special events, fun lunches, Scholastic book orders, etc.
CBE does not send SPAM, nor do we
forward "offers" from other organizations - our commercial messages
relate only to school / board activities. If you are not receiving
commercial messages and wish to receive them, please update your
subscription(s) accordingly.
School Messenger draws contact
information from our student information system. Email addresses must be
on your student's record for subscriptions to work.
