First Day of Classes
Our first day of classes is September 1, 2022 and the school office is open to parents on August 22, 2022.
On September 1st and 2nd we will have a staggered entry for Kindergarten Students ONLY with half of the Kindergarten students attending each day as follows:
**Morning
Kindergarten students will attend either
Thursday Sept 1
8:20 AM-10:00 AM
or
Friday Sept 2
8:20 AM-10:00 AM
**Afternoon Kindergarten students will attend either:
Thursday Sept 1 12:50-2:30 PM
or
Friday Sept 2 10:20 AM-12:00 PM
**Parents of Kindergarten students will receive an email near the end of June and again in August to let them know which day their child will attend.

8:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Recess: 9:45 AM-10:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:33 AM-12:13 PM
Friday
8:00 AM-12:00 PM

School Supplies
Please do not purchase learning supplies for your child. Your child's teacher will have everything they need for the year.
Please ensure your child brings:
- indoor shoes (to keep at school)
- a backpack
- a recess snack and lunch (if staying for lunch)
- a water bottle
* Please label your child's personal items
Lunch Supervision
Bayside school will offer a 4 day lunch program, Monday-Thursday. Lunch supervision will begin on September 1, 2022. More information on our Lunch Supervision page.
Assigned Teachers
Parents will receive an email by end of day on August 30 from your child's teacher, welcoming your child to their classroom. Teachers will introduce themselves, share information about the first day of school, and let you know how to get in touch with them.
