What makes a great school? Or rather, who makes a great school? You are the one that can make a difference.
Our Parent Society is Known as: Bishop Pinkham Parents' Association (BPPA)
Who are we and what do we do? Bishop Pinkham School Council and Bishop Pinkham Parents’ Association (BPPA), work together to build community support, enhance student learning, promote student advocacy, and raise funds to benefit Bishop Pinkham School. Here’s how you can help…
BECOME A MEMBER: While every parent or guardian of a student at Bishop Pinkham is automatically a member of School Council, BPPA members are required to complete/submit a new membership form every year: https://bishoppinkhamparents.c...
DONATE: Our annual direct donation campaign is in lieu of sending students home with the task of selling door-to-door, collecting money, and delivering goods. Please help us avoid the stress of managing these tasks by donating as little as $15/month, which can help us achieve our goals and support our students and teachers. Please go to www.bishoppinkhamparents.com to sign up today. You can choose to designate your gift to the area you are most passionate about (i.e. mental health resources, enrichment programs, new technology, student fund, etc.). All contributions are tax deductible.
VOLUNTEER: Consider volunteering on either one of our Boards or within the school for special events, clubs, teams, etc. To begin, simply complete the following form: https://cbe.ab.ca/FormsManuals... and either drop it off at the school office or email it to bishoppinkham@cbe.ab.ca

Message From Our President
More than ever, our public school system relies on the talents and
committed efforts of its parent population. We are delighted with the
response to our Bishop Pinkham Parents Association membership drive this
year, and encouraged by the new faces and voices that form our
committee. To that end, we’d like to remind you that you’ll need to
complete a new membership form for the fall semester, as per regulatory
requirements. Our fall AGM will be held on October 21st, when we’ll hold our annual executive elections. We are already looking
ahead to fundraising initiatives to benefit all students—and looking to
our committee members to contribute their special skills and innovative
ideas. September will also introduce a “You Get Coffee, Your Kids Get
Opportunity!” fundraising initiative.
Again, our sincere thanks for your involvement this year. Have a wonderful summer break!
Sincerely,
Carol Collinge, President
