Classes & Departments

For 24/7 access to classes and departments we use three online educational platforms and you can always connect directly to individual teachers through staff email (linked). Our three platforms are Brightspace by D2L, PowerSchool, and Google Suite for Education.

Brightspace by D2L:

You can connect with Bishop Pinkham Classes and Department information by viewing teacher course management online spaces on D2L. All teachers maintain a current calendar of assignments and a course content space on their D2L class shells.

PowerSchool

PowerSchool and MyCBE provides parents, students and staff seamless access to information and transactions using a modern and effective technology platform. Parents have online access to:view their children’s academic information (schedule, grades and attendance), register for transportation and noon supervision, pay fees and request fee waivers, and book school conferences.

Google Suite for Education

Students have access to GSuite and Email only while they are CBE students. Gsuite has many tools to support learning including access to student work on any computer through the cloud. Google drive and email offer access to a full suite of software tools to support student learning.

New Students - your CBE Gmail password is your CBE network password (how you log into a computer at school).Be sure your CBE network password is at least 8 characters long. If you need to change your password use the Self-Serve Password Tool or talk to your teacher.  School staff have access to tools to help you reset your passwords.

Log in to Google / G Suite / Gmail with your CBE email ending in @educbe.ca You can find your own CBE Gmail address: Log in to D2L, click on your name, click Account Settings, and look under the Email tab.
