Success Coach - All in For Youth

In line with All in for Youth goals, the Success Coach aims to connect youth to positive adults, help remove barriers and help change attitudes and behaviours. The Success Coach’s role is to work closely with students and to support those facing challenges and barriers throughout their lives. Barriers that students may face, but not limited to, may be: access to transportation, academic struggles, minor addiction concerns, financial need, minor health and mental health concerns, challenging living situations, and lack of positive role models. The success coach’s role is to strive to meet the unique and individualized needs of children in order to increase academic engagement and success.

Bowness’ Success Coach is Allison Lawryk. Her office is located in the Learning Commons. She can be reached by phone at 403-286-5092, voi
