Breakfast

Due to COVID, we are not running a regular Breakfast Program at Buchanan School.

Each classroom has a bin filled with individually wrapped food items.  The students are welcome to take something from their classroom bin in the morning when they arrive at school, and at recess and lunch.

Lunch

Brown Bag lunches are available for students who require a lunch.

BB4CK (Brown Bag for Calgary Kids) generously donates lunches for those students who are in need.

Lunch Supervision 

The Calgary Board of Education provides students with the option to stay at school for lunch. Lunch Supervision is offered to all students in Grades 1- 6 and in our full-day kindergarten programs for an annual fee. Buchanan School's lunch supervision program runs every day including Friday.
