Cappy Smart School at a Glance

  • We are a school that follows the modified calendar.
  • Grades K-5
  • PM Kindergarten program 
  • 2 system EES (Enhanced Educational Support) classes: Grades 1-6
  • Priority on achievement in literacy, numeracy and well-being
  • Classrooms are active places where our students use a variety of learning strategies and digital tools 
  • Students are supported through school wide literacy blocks, flexible groupings in multi-aged classrooms and team teaching environments.
  • Library Learning Commons provides resources and supports for students
