General Hours

CBe-learn is an online school and our course content is available to students 24/7. Our teachers are online during regular school hours, and make themselves available for appointments as needed. To make an appointment to meet with a teacher, please contact them directly through Brightspace (D2L)

It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.​​

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints​ page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director. ​​​​
