  • Each lesson has a reading component with textbook assignments at the end of each lesson. Textbook work is required for practice in each lesson.

Online Quizzes / Exams

  • There are quizzes at the end of most lessons, with the exception of a few chapters. There are 7 online unit exams, one for each unit covered in the course.

CBe-learn supervised Exams / general format

There are 3 exams written at the CBe-learn Testing Centre: 

  • Face to Face #1 exam (Units 1-2) 
  • Face to Face #2 exam (Units 3-5) 
  • Final exam (Units 1-7)

Each exam has MC/NR/WR style questions.

Math 15 (5 credits)

Math 15 focuses on improving student mastery of mathematical skills and concepts in preparation for Math 10C.  The course focuses on strengthening student skills in vocabulary, numeracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  The lessons and assessments are designed so that students can learn and demonstrate mathematical knowledge that is requisite for higher level math courses.
