Parents/ Guardians Welcome
We realize that parents are very busy but we welcome any involvement that you may give. As a parent or guardian, you automatically become a member of the School Council and we invite your input and opinions.
The School Council works closely with the administration to support the initiatives and goals of both the school and the council. Please try to attend a council meeting to get a better understanding of the direction the school is taking towards your child's education.
All parents of students who attend CJM are invited to attend our meetings. School Council meetings are opportunities for open dialogue involving parents and school staff, concerning school operation, planning and current issues. School Council Meetings are not Parent/Teacher Conferences.
During School Council meetings parents are invited to ask questions, share opinions, seek information and join in planning activities on behalf of our students. Please plan to join. If you would like to add an item to the School Council meeting agenda, please contact our School Council chair, Mr. Chandan Minhas
Meeting Dates/Schedule
- School Council meetings will be held on the last Wednesday of each month at 6pm.
- For the 2022-2023 school year, School Council meetings will be in person in the learning commons. We will also provide an option to meet virtually through Microsoft Teams. Parents may join our meeting through this link: Click here to join the meeting
