Important Dates

We are a modified calendar school. However, due to the ongoing health risk of COVID-19, the CBE has made the decision to move all modified calendar schools and programs to the traditional calendar for 2020-21. The calendar sets common start and end days, non-instructional days and holidays. For our school’s additional non-instructional days, late entries, early dismissal days and events, see our school calendar page.

The Alberta Government announced on July 21 that schools will be in Scenario 1 as of Sept. 1, 2020.

The CBE's 2020-21 re-entry plan is subject to change as more information becomes available from the province. We will continue to update schools with more details during the next school year.

You can find the COVID Self-Assessment Tool (daily checklist) in the Government Resources section on the CBE website.

Our school office opens on Aug. 27 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

4Seasons School Bus Transportation

School bus routes for the 2020-21 school year are created over the summer based on the addresses submitted before the pre-registration deadline in June. The bus driver for your child's route will contact you with pickup and dropoff times before school begins.

We understand that moves are part of life, and that during the school year a student’s home address may change. To minimize disruption to transportation services, it is critical that parents and/or guardians notify the school of address changes as far in advance as possible. If your address changes over the summer, please update your information in MyCBE / PowerSchool as soon as possible and notify the school of changes after August 9th. Changes to existing bus routes may take up to 3 weeks, and parents will be responsible for providing transportation until changes can be implemented.

Fees and Waivers

School fees will be charged to families starting in October. Online fee payment is the simplest and most convenient way to pay school fees. Parents can use their online account to pay fees or apply for a waiver at: www.cbe.ab.ca/mycbe.
