School Supplies

Parents or guardians are asked to please send hygiene supplies, swim gear, extra clothes and any specialized equipment on the first day of school. Large pieces of equipment, like standing frames and walkers can be dropped off between August 29 and 31. Arrangements for sending medication to school can be made with Pediatric Home Care.

Registration Information

Christine Meikle School is a unique setting within the Calgary Board of Education. All student placements are coordinated through CBE strategists. Parents seeking placement are asked to begin with a conversation with administration at their child's designated community school.

School Fees and Waivers

School fees and transportation fees are not charged at Christine Meikle School.

Transportation routes for the 2022-23 school year are created over the summer, based on the addresses submitted in June. Parents and guardians can expect a phone call from 4Seasons transportation toward the end of August with your child's pick up and drop off times.

Do you have a MyCBE account? Have you added your child(ren) to the account?

Parents or legal guardians who have not already done so must create a MyCBE account and add their children to the account. This allows users to:

  • access your child's report card
  • complete transportation registration
  • book conferences
  • submit online school forms (new in the 2022-23 school year)

To create an account, you will need the email address on file for you at the school, as well as your child's CBE ID, which an be found on the front page of their IPP.
