Physical Education

The Physical Education curriculum emphasizes the ABCD's of physical activity.
Activity Benefits Health Cooperation and Doing it Daily.

Physical activity is vital to all aspects of normal growth and development and the benefits are widely recognized. Students develop social skills and teamwork through game play and co-operative activities. Our school strongly values daily P.E., fitness for all, and student choice.

Update - November 30:

In P.E., we’ve just wrapped up our first round of Basketball / Mat Games / Yoga/Zumba modules.

We are currently in our Dance module.  Students learn how to interact appropriately with each other through the medium of “Just Dance” and Social/Partner Dancing.
