| Thursday, August 31, 2023 is the first day of learning for CBE students! Teachers and the administrative team have already been at the school, informally, getting ready for the beginning of the school year. We are all very excited for our first student day!
As a reminder, the office will be open for phone calls as of Monday, August 28, 2023. Teachers also begin on this day and will be in formal meetings and setting up their classrooms.
As a reminder, families are asked to adjust their schedules in the morning to ensure that students are in the school and ready to learn (which means they are sitting in their classrooms with their teacher) by 9:10am. Our grade level doors will be open from 8:55am-9:05am, and after this time students will need to enter the building through the main door and get a late slip as they will not be ready to learn by 9:10am if they are not in the school at 9:05am. Families, you will receive a SchoolMessenger on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 from your child's classroom teacher. The purpose of this message if for you and your child to learn a bit about their teacher and to see their picture before the first day of school (August 31, 2023).
