​​​​​Fees will be charged to your MyCBE​ account beginning in October. School fees are due when assigned.

Annual system fees are set each year when the operating budget is passed by the Board of Trustees. To keep fees as low as possible, the CBE is committed to being as efficient as possible in the provision of services. Costs of providing the services include direct labour and supplies, as well as the cost of fee waivers and uncollectible accounts.

​It is important to know that we have a waiver process ​for families who cannot afford to pay the fees.

Fees

Field Trip/Off-Site Activity Fees

Each year, teachers thoughtfully plan a variety of trips, guest speaker presentations, special classroom activities and school wide cultural performances, which enhance and extend student learning. When an activity has been planned, teachers will notify parents of the upcoming activity. Parents are then responsible for paying for the activity fees as well as providing permission for their child to attend the activity. Activity fees will be available for payment on your MyCBE / PowerSchool account.

NSF and Returned Cheques
Any NSF or returned cheques received by the school will be subject to a $35 service charge. Parents who have difficulty making payments for school programs should contact the office.
