Children who are consistently late miss out on important classroom announcements and teaching time. While these small chunks of time seem trivial, frequently being late to class can have a significant impact on students and teachers. Upon entering the classroom late, students often create disruptions and interfere with the learning environment of all students who are prepared and ready to learn. Chronic tardiness is habit forming and can impact a student long term. Please discuss with your child the importance of being on time to help us continue to make Captain Nichola Goddard a great school community.
