School Spirit

Official Opening Ceremony

Our school celebrated  with an official opening ceremony on April 27, 2017 and everyone in attendance who spoke to me expressed their gratitude for a job well done. Della Stanley, daughter of Dr. George Stanley, and her family were very appreciative of the dedication of the learning commons to Ruth Stanley.

The flash mob poetry was a hug hit and some people expressed how powerful it was to hear the dreams of students at the school. We were hugely disappointed the projector wasn’t working to show the video that was created. On Monday of the following week the students all were able to view the production and they cheered about the result.
