Welcome to Dr. Martha Cohen school year 2021/2022 Here are some very interesting facts about our Chimera Servery:

Sandwiches, subs, salads, fruit cups, pepperoni trays, parfaits are all made in house and fresh daily.

All of the Lunch Specials that are NOT from a restaurant are made and/or cooked in house (for example Taco salads, pizza, hot dogs, etc.). We take great pride and care in the menu items we serve, they are carefully thought out and planned.

The Servery will be doing cash sales of basic lunch menu items such as sandwiches, salads, drinks, and more. Every so often there maybe a treat or a special item that will be sold (garlic/cheese breadsticks, ice cream, cookies for example). We are encouraging everyone to order on Healthy Hunger again this year. Classrooms/grades are all set-up on the Healthy Hunger web-site and menu items are inputted for September, starting on Sept.16.

ALL LUNCH SPECIALS for example: pizza, taco salads, etc. will only be available through Healthy Hunger. Basic lunch items are also available to order on Healthy Hunger. Grade 5 & 6 lunches ordered through Healthy Hunger will be brought directly to their classroom at lunch time. Grade 7-9 will have a general pick-up area for them to come and grab their lunches.

If you have dietary concerns, please feel free to send me an e-mail. I am pretty flexible when it comes to dietary concerns. I take great precautions if keeping my products nut free. All Gluten-Free items are made separate from any other item. If you cannot pay on Healthy Hunger for menu items, please feel free to contact me and I can send home paper copies of the order for you to fill out and send back with cash or cheque.

Any questions, concerns or suggestions please feel free to contact me at lkhaynes@cbe.ab.ca

Here is to a great and wonderful year,
