School Learning Team

The School Learning Team provides assistance to teachers regarding required supports or challenges with specific children. The group, in addition to administration and teaching staff, is comprised of the System Support Personnel and parents. Support personnel such as Student Services Specialists, Public Health Nurse and Psychologists are called in when required. The classroom teacher usually initiates referrals to the School Learning Team with parental awareness.
