We want to remind Parents/Guardians that they must notify the school directly if their child is going to be absent due to illness, appointment or for any other reasons. You may contact your child's teacher and/or our main office at 403-777-6980 during regular school hours. You may also email our Jill at the main office at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are calling outside of regular school hours, please leave us a message at 403-777-6980 ext. 0 and include:
- Your child's name
- Reason for your child's absence (eg. medical appointment, illness, family event, etc.)
Any unreported absences will be followed up with a telephone call from the school.

Regular school hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:40 am - 2:25 pm. Our main school office hours are from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm daily with the exception of statutory holidays and designated system non-instructional days.
Emily Follensbee School will be closed during summer holidays from July 1 - August 9, 2022. The school's main office will reopen on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
