Warm Water Therapy Pool

March 2022 | EFS Therapy Pool Olympics

Our school community followed the Winter Olympics and the students have had fun playing Olympic games in the therapy pool! The first Olympic game was “WORDLE” and students were split into two teams. Each team had seven floating letters that had to be gathered to spell the word “Olympics”.

The second game was an Olympic torch relay followed by six winter sports activities.  The competition was close and all the students had so much fun with the help from our amazing staff’s imaginations. Sandia expressed her enjoyment of the bobsled ride when she pointed to the “water sling“ three times and signed “more”. It was clear that she loved the ride!  It was awesome to see such clear communication from her. Everyone was a true Olympian and a huge thank you to staff and students who made our EFS Olympics so much fun!
