Attendance Line: 403-777-8140 ext. 1

It is important that you call the school if your child is absent or arriving late. Your child’s safety is our utmost concern.

Lates & Absences

When calling the office for attendance, please include:

  • your child’s name
  • teacher
  • your name
  • relationship to the child
  • reason for your child’s absence.

Students who arrive at school late must check in at the office before going to class.

When lates or absences are excessive, parents or guardians will receive a letter requesting to meet with school administration to offer an explanation. An attendance plan may be required to assist with improvements to these important issues. Further issues with attendance can and may result in a referral to the Attendance Officer.
