English students will find 2 sections of the library most useful:

  • Topics related to literature will be found in the 800’s 
  • For context topics related to history and geography will be found in the 900’s

The Online Resource Center has credible academic resources specifically to support Alberta curriculum and students. Try EBSCO One Search, Literary Reference Center or the Canadian Reference Center.

The Calgary Public Library has excellent resources. Sign up for SOLARO for lots of practice tests.

Another site you can try is 2learn.ca. You will find great support for text study and text creation.
