There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. ONGOING FUNDRAISERS                                                                                                           


We have an ongoing fundraiser through Mabel’s Labels (live link). 20% of all sales come back to the school to go towards enrichment opportunities for our students. Visit and find the “Support a Fundraiser” link, select “Eugene Coste Enrichment Society”.   


When shopping at Willow Park, Kingsland Plaza (75th & Elbow) and Glenmore Landing. Mention Eugene Coste School before paying and a percentage comes back to the school.


Healthy Hunger – Fun Lunches are BACK!

We are excited to let you know that fun lunches are back for the 2023-24 school year! We receive our lunches through Healthy Hunger, an online platform that delivers pre-ordered lunches to the school, in which proceeds go to the school.

Our first fun lunch will be on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 from Boston Pizza. We have made every effort to balance out Fun Lunches and snacks so that both Kindergarten and Child’s Play students are able to participate equally.

If you wish to order and haven’t already set up your account, please do so at Orders must be placed online through the Healthy Hunger website no later than midnight 5 days before the event. Likewise, if you need to cancel or change an order, you must do so on your profile, five days before the event. Please note, if your kindergartener is in Child’s Play, you may register your student in two classes; their regular homeroom and their Child’s Play class. This will ensure they can order fun lunches even when they are not in class!

We kindly ask that if your child is absent the day of the fun lunch, please contact the school prior to 10:30 am if you wish to pick up your child’s food that same day. Pick-up would occur after 1pm. If not specified prior to 10:30, your food will be donated to someone in need of lunch. No refunds will be issued if your child is absent on the day of a Fun Lunch.

If you are having issues with account setup or ordering please call the Healthy Hunger support line at 1-800-818-6260. Alternatively, you may email with your questions. We kindly ask that you do not contact your child’s teacher or the school office with Fun Lunch queries. Fun Lunch is run by parent volunteers. They do their best to include vegetarian and gluten-free options. We appreciate your kindness and patience with any and all feedback regarding the program.

 In order to be as inclusive as possible, we have added a donate-a-lunch option. For $5, you can contribute to ensuring no child is left out of Fun Lunches due to financial restraints. If you are able and willing, we thank you in advance for helping our school community as a whole.

 Fun lunch will run 16 times this school year, with an additional 2 Fun Snacks.

Ways to give to our school include:

Monetary (cash) donation

  • I wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
    • Visit the EducationMatters online donation webpage to make a donation. (Preferred donation method)
    • Write a cheque payable to EducationMatters  (all one word) and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school or mail it to: EducationMatters, 1221 8 Street SW Calgary, AB T2R 0L4
  • I do not wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation
    • ​Write a cheque made payable to Calgary Board of Education  and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school.
