One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Act for the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. More information can be found in our CBE Administrative Regulation 5001 – School Councils and School/Parent Societies.

Parent Society

Our Parent Society is Known as the Fish Creek Parent Association

Meeting Dates

All parents are invited to the meetings which take place the third Tuesday of every month (with the exception of December and February, and the AGM, which will take place on the second Tuesday of June).

Parent Society meetings follow the School Council meeting and occur between 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM either virtually through Microsoft Teams or, if in person, in the School Staff Room. If you would like a link to the online meetings, please email Mr. Hebenton at mdhebenton@cbe.ab.ca.
