PE 10
The activities listed in the table above are presented in the form of modules.  All Grade 10 students will complete the following four modules:

  1. Intro to Fitness
  2. Benefits for Life 
  3. Swimming/Skating 
  4. Dance  

They will have the opportunity to choose their remaining five modules from the list provided above. Availability will depend upon PE 20 module sign-up and facility availability.
