Attendance

Office Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

An answering machine is available to take messages at all other times.

Kindergarten

  • AM Class: 8:35 – 11: 34 AM (Monday to Thursday)
  • PM Class: 12:25-3:23 PM (Monday to Thursday)
  • Friday: 8:35 –  12:05 PM (Classes alternate attendance on Fridays- AM is indicated in PINK, PM is indicated in ORANGE, on the Traditional Calendar emailed out, and available at the top of this page.)

Grades 1-6

Monday to Thursday 

  • Morning: 8:35 AM – 12:05 PM
  • Recess: Staggered depending on class
  • Lunch: 12:05 – 12:50 PM 
  • Afternoon: 12:50– 3:23 PM  

Fridays 

  • 8:35 AM – 12:05 PM (no afternoon classes on Friday)
  • Recess: 10:40 – 10:55 AM

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher.
