Personal Messages for Students

Students will not be called out of class for personal messages unless it is deemed an emergency or crisis. Messages will be communicated to students at class time change, or at lunchtime by paging the student to the office. We will do our best to help you to pass information to your son or daughter, but we will also try not to interrupt classes unless it is absolutely necessary.

Contact Information Updates

Please notify the school office immediately with any changes of address, telephone numbers (home, business and/or cell), email address or emergency contact numbers. It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.
