Patrollers

Student Safety Patrols provide a valuable before and after school service to students using the intersection that crosses Queensland Drive at Queensland Circle. This program is developed, supported and coordinated between the Calgary Police Service, Alberta Motor Association and participant schools. Haultain Memorial School fully endorses this program through participation and expectations that students and families cooperate fully with the routines and regulations guiding the student volunteer patrols.

Times:

  • Morning: 8:05 to 8:20 AM
  • After School Monday-Thursday: 3:07 to 3:17 PM
  • After School Friday: 12:00 to 12:10 PM

Patrollers are reminded to report to the patrol station by the office five minutes before their duties begin.

At –20C and below (including wind chill) or if road conditions are unsafe, there will be no school patrols on duty.
