School Calendar

We are a school that follows the traditional calendar. View our school's Calendar for upcoming events and dates.

School Supplies

School supplies, at the elementary level within the CBE, are taken care of through a one time fee. Students will be given the supplies they need for their learning at school. The only supplies the home is responsible for are; indoor shoes, a backpack and a lunch kit.

Lunch Supervision

Our lunch hours are as above Monday to Thursday. We provide students with the option of staying at school for lunch. Noon Supervision is offered to all students in Grades 1 - 6. This service provides students with the opportunity to practice social skills supported by caring adult supervision.

Noon supervision at our school includes:

  • A safe and secure place for children to have lunch
  • A caring environment that fosters and maintains respectful, responsible behaviours
  • access to the service, without a wait list
  • A drop-in service

For the safety and security of our students, it is important we know who is supposed to be in the program. All families must register their children in the lunchroom program. The best way to register your child is by going to preregister them using MyCBE account.

Students in the lunch program need to bring a lunch from home as there is no cafeteria service at the school. We encourage the use of a thermos for hot lunches as we are unable to provide microwaves and/or hot water due to safety and logistics.

Students go outside for play time every day at lunch except for in very inclement weather (colder than -20 degrees, extreme precipitation, etc.). Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.

Assigned Teachers

Please watch for an email from your child’s teacher on August 30 or 31. In addition to introducing themselves, this email will also let you know where your child can meet their teacher on the first day and other important information about first day procedures..

Registration Information

Please visit our How to Register page for registration details and forms.
