H.D. Cartwright has an active School Council that supports the school by serving as a link between the school, the home, and the community. The Council is a collective of parents, administration and teachers working together to promote the well-being and effectiveness of the entire school community, to enhance student learning, and to facilitate cooperation among the concerned participants in the local school. All parents/guardians are encouraged and welcome to attend the meetings.
All meetings are Mondays and begin at 6:30 pm. Currently with COVID-19 visitor restrictions in place, we are meeting online either through Microsoft Teams or Skype. When we can return to in-person meetings, they will likely take place in the school staff room or Learning Commons. See our Calendar page for exact dates.
