Attendance Line: 403-777-6360 ext. 1.

The safety of all of our students is our primary concern. If your child will be absent or late, be sure to call the number above by 8:45 AM to inform the school. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to success. We request parents' help and cooperation in verifying all absences and tardiness directly to the office.

Phone in for Safety

Our Absence Line is checked twice each day. We will alert you with an automated message if your child is late or absent and no previous notification was given. Please leave the following information:

  • name of student(s)
  • grade(s)
  • teacher(s)
  • reason for absence or lateness
  • length of absence if known

Students arriving late to school must report to the office where they will pick up a late slip prior to admittance to their class.

Picking up Students for Appointments

When picking up children for appointments, please remember to:

  • inform the teacher beforehand so that the child is ready
  • come to the office so that your child can be called
  • sign out your child in the register in the office

When picking up lunchroom children during the noon hour, please come into the school and inform the office staff and sign out your child in the register at the office.

Holidays, Transfers & Moves

If families are planning to go on holiday or are moving, advance notice to the teacher and office staff is appreciated. Parents are also reminded to keep the office informed of any address or telephone changes that may occur throughout the year.
