The Alex Youth Health Bus

The Alex Youth Health Bus is a mobile health unit providing innovative and effective health and social solutions for youth in need. A physician, nurse and social worker provide confidential health and social care, including access to family physicians and medical resources. The bus will be at the school on Monday afternoons. Students must sign up at the main office and will be called from class at their appointment time. All in For Youth

We are very fortunate to have an All In for Youth Success Coach here at JGD. Our Success Coach helps to support student through accessing external services and agencies.

Wellness Centre

The Wellness Centre provides a private and welcoming space for outside agencies to offer collaborative support for a variety of student and family wellness needs.

Hydration Stations

There are a number of hydration stations here at JGD (outside the cafeteria near the main entrance; in between the boys and girls change rooms by the main gym; by the library main entrance). Please avoid rinsing lunch plates and dishes in the hydration stations as food remnants clog the inner workings of the machine, rendering the station unusable.
