To show respect for our school and our environment, students need to:
- become increasingly aware of the consequences of their actions in our environment; to reuse materials where possible; to reduce waste and to conserve energy at our school; to minimize waste in our lunches; to recognize the value of using sustainable forms of energy
- walking and biking to school, if possible, rather than being driven to school
- practice those habits which demonstrate a respect for our building, e.g., treating school and student property with respect, wearing indoor shoes, and keeping coat hook areas neat.
