Cell Phone Policy

Away for the Day | Personal Electronic Devices

Students may use their personal electronic devices (including ear phones/earbuds) outside of the school building and outside of school hours.  During school hours, personal devices and earphones/earbuds should be locked up in a student’s locker. They may use their devices at lunch if they are outside of the building.

Responsible use of any personal electronic device will be at the teacher’s discretion during classes, that is, teachers may specifically request students to bring personal electronic devices for use within the classroom context for specific class work.  Students will be requested to put away their personal electronic devices before going to their next class.

Students who are not respectful of this policy will be referred to the office.
