Information from Alberta Health Services regarding the identification and treatment of head lice is linked below. As per the guidance of Alberta Health Services and our school nurse, there is no exclusion from school for head lice. However, it is requested that students be treated according to Alberta Health Services guidelines before returning to school if they contract head lice.
